How to reply
- Go to your profile page (while logged in)
- Find the support message you want to reply to in the Recent Supporters section
- Click the "Reply" button
- Type your reply in the text area
- Click "Send Reply"
Where replies appear
Your reply appears directly under the supporter's message in the Recent Supporters section, with your avatar and username.
Editing and deleting replies
You can edit or delete your replies using the pencil (edit) and trash (delete) icons that appear on your reply.
Best practices
- Reply promptly when possible
- Be genuine and personal
- Thank supporters for their contribution
- You don't have to reply to every message, but it's appreciated
