You have control over what appears on your public profile.
How to hide a message
- View your profile while logged in
- Find the message you want to hide in the Recent Supporters section
- Click the "Hide" button
- The message is now hidden from public view
What hiding does
- Removes the message from public view
- You can still see it (marked as "Hidden")
- The payment still counts - you keep the money
- The supporter is not notified
Unhiding messages
Click "Show" on a hidden message to make it visible again.
When to hide
- Spam or promotional content
- Inappropriate or offensive messages
- Personal information you don't want public
- Anything you're not comfortable displaying
