After purchasing a product, you can access your content immediately. Depending on how the creator set up their product, you'll either download a file or be redirected to external content.
Two types of product delivery
1. Downloadable files (ZIP)
Most products are delivered as ZIP files that you download directly:
- After purchase, click the "Download File" button
- A secure download link is generated (valid for 30 minutes)
- The ZIP file downloads to your device
- Extract the ZIP to access your files
2. External links
Some products redirect you to external content:
- After purchase, click the "Access Content" button
- You'll be redirected to the creator's link (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
- Follow any instructions on the destination page
Accessing your Library
All your purchased products are saved in your Library:
- Go to Dashboard → My Library
- Find the product you want to access
- Click "Download" or "Access" depending on the product type
Download limits
- Daily limit: 50 downloads per day per wallet
- Link expiry: Each download link is valid for 30 minutes
- Re-download: You can generate new download links anytime from your Library
Security
Downloads are secured with:
- Wallet verification - Only the wallet that purchased can download
- Time-limited URLs - Download links expire after 30 minutes
- Purchase verification - System confirms your purchase before generating links
Troubleshooting
- Download not starting? Check your browser's popup blocker - downloads open in a new tab
- Link expired? Go back to your Library and click Download again for a fresh link
- "Not purchased" error? Make sure you're connected with the same wallet you used to buy
- Daily limit reached? Wait until tomorrow or use a different wallet
- Can't extract ZIP? Try a different extraction tool like 7-Zip or The Unarchiver
